2. Appointment Policy

  • Bookings: Appointments may be booked via our website, by phone, or in person at the spa. All appointments are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will apply.
  • Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying other guests’ appointments. The full price for the originally scheduled treatment will still apply.

3. Payment Policy

  • Payment Options: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
  • Advance Payments: Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.
  • Refunds: All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please share feedback with our management.

4. Gift Cards and Vouchers

  • Usage: Gift cards and vouchers are redeemable for services at Good Mood Spa and valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost or Stolen Cards: We do not replace any lost or stolen gift cards.

5. Health Conditions

  • Pre-existing Medical Conditions: Please notify our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment, allowing us to tailor the experience to your needs.
  • Pregnancy: Certain treatments may not be suitable for pregnant guests. We recommend consulting with our staff before making a booking.

6. Personal Belongings

Good Mood Spa is not liable for loss or damage to personal items. We recommend leaving valuables at home or securely storing them during your visit.

7. Use of Facilities

  • Spa Etiquette: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, please switch mobile devices to silent mode.
  • Age Restrictions: Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Alcohol and Smoking: Consumption of alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

8. Promotions and Offers

  • Usage Restrictions: Special promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
  • Right to Modify: Good Mood Spa reserves the right to change or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.

Good Mood Spa, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during your visit, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
